Body By Design personal training offers a wide variety of sessions to keep you challenged and engaged on your way to smashing your targets.

If you would like private training in your own home or prefer to get out in the fresh air around Jersey, we can tailor sessions to best suit you, your schedule and your abilities.

Training sessions are always diverse using everything from bodyweight exercises to Kettlebell and cable suspension workouts which can be used in all environments for all levels of fitness. All sessions are progressive and will begin at a level that meets your own ability and fitness. If you are wanting to refresh your workout or are looking for a programme to be designed specifically for you, then why not book a session and we will design that new workout that will give you fresh interest and motivation towards training.

Home sessions

No home is too small, personal training sessions can be carried out in a very small space and it will not limit your progress towards your goals.

Outdoor sessions

Train in a park, field or your garden, if you love being in the fresh air then that's where you should train! All our equipment is portable and your PT sessions will not be restricted if you want to train in the open air of Jersey.

High intensity sessions

Not got the time for training? If you're struggling to find time in your busy schedule why not go for a 30-45 minute high intensity session.

10-week wedding prep package

Wanting to slim down and tone up for that big day? Over the course of 10 weeks Body By Design will get you looking good for your special day through motivational personal training and nutritional sessions. Sport specific training

We make our personal training as functional to your specific activities as possible. Whether you're a keen golfer who wants to improve your range of motion and the power in your swing or someone wanting to condition their body to avoid injury when lifting and moving in their everyday life.

We offer a golf specific fitness-conditioning personal training package for all those keen Jersey golfers, which is designed to improve motion and strengthen your core to get your body in peak physical form for your sport, just contact us for more information.

Health and postural assessment

All new clients will be given the opportunity for a health assessment and postural check to decide the safest and most productive direction for your personal training.

Nutritional planning and advice

Wanting to completely change your lifestyle? Just want to make some healthy improvements? Want to know what you need to eat to lose weight? We are able to help you in the right direction. Our knowledge of nutrition allows you to make the right choices when it comes to diet. Learn how to lose weight without jumping on low fat or calorie watching diets. We are able to design a nutritional plan for you that will not only energise and leave you feeling satisfied, but supply your body with all the key nutrients it requires.
